The School Office of Colégio Piracicabano of the Methodist Church is the section in charge of registering, organizing, and collecting school documents, in its different sectors and services. 
This Department book keeps data and information of the student’s school life, related to records about his or her passage by the school, since the initial identification as well as the results obtained over a period, grade, year or course.

Opening hours of the School Office:

  • From monday to friday - 07:30 am to 05:30 pm
  • During vacations - from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm and 01:00 pm to 05:00 pm

 

Documentation for registration

Update your registration information at the school office, whenever there are changes.
Remember to notify the cancellation of school sports and cultural projects.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT

For registration, the parents or guardians must provide the following documents:

Kindergarten
- 1 recent photo (3/4mm)
- copy of the student’s birth certificate
- copy of vaccination card
- copy of ID and CPF of the parents or legal guardians

Elementary School
- 1 recent photo (3/4mm)
- copy of the student’s ID
- copy of the student’s birth certificate
- copy of vaccination card (only from 1st to 5th grade)
- copy of ID and CPF of the parents or legal guardians
- declaration of transfer from the school of origin, with current date (original form)
- student's transcript from the school of origin

High School
- 1 recent photo (3/4mm)
- copy of the student’s ID
- copy of the student’s birth certificate
- copy of ID and CPF of the parents or legal guardians
- original student’s transcript from the school of origin (conclusion of middle school) for students who enroll in high school
- declaration of transfer from the school of origin, with current date (original form) for all grades of High School

P.S.: The ID is a very important document for record of the student's school life. If your child doesn’t have it yet, please provide it, even if the student is not literate.

Foreign Student
- 1 recent photo (3/4mm)
- copy of the NRF (National Registry of Foreign)
- copy of the NRF of parents or legal guardians
- histórico escolar com tradução juramentada
- student’s transcript with sworn translation

Make-up Test

The student that, for health reasons, is unable to attend classes and as a result is absent on days of tests and activities must officially apply for the make-up test at the school office. A medical certificate and a request, which must be written by the parent or legal guardian after the absence, must be provided.
The requests will be referred to the coordination for examination and opinion.
The coordination will conduct the cases that do not fit the above condition.
The make-up test charge is R$ 45,00, for students who were absent for the tests and activities for reasons unrelated to health.

Other Documentations

The school office can provide all kinds of school documentations: enrollment, attendance, scholarity, scholarship, among others. The deadline for that document type is 24 hours from the date of request.

Tuition

Colégio Piracicabano monthly fees are collected through bank slips mailed.

Procedure to print 2nd copy of the bank bill via intranet:

- access the website of the school: www.colegiopiracicabano.com.br
- enter the card number and password of the guardian
- access the “colegio online” school link
- click on the name of the child
- click: printing the duplicate of the booklet

Identification card and access

The identification card and access is offered to students after the registration, from Elementary to High School.
In case of loss, theft or damage, a fee for making the 2nd copy of it will be charged, upon a written request at the school office.
